Enhance Your Session

Cupping

How does it work?

Silicon and plastic pump cups are applied to designated areas throughout the session. While the cups are sitting, we work on other areas of the body. Manual movement of the cups is done depending on the client’s tolerance to pressure. The cupping is incorporated into the session, and we do not offer a ‘cupping only’ session at this time.

What does it do? What are the benefits?

When the cups are applied to the skin, surface-level tissues and fascia are pulled into the suction area. This promotes blood flow while simultaneously warming the region. This makes it easier to get a deeper level of pressure, assists in a wider range of motion for the muscles to work through, and aids in lymphatic flow if done correctly.

Does it hurt?

No. At no time should cupping be painful. Some minimal levels of discomfort are normal as we work through the tension in the body. We encourage clients during the session to communicate if anything feels strange or unbearable. Some clients feel itching, tingling, heat, and an increase in energy or muscle twitches, all of which are to be expected. The sensation usually dissipates after a few moments.

What are the bruises?

You might be surprised to learn that the circular and oblong prints that are left after cupping are NOT bruises. These are spots where the blood has pooled in an attempt to get circulation to the area. Some people experience skin sensitivity on the prints following a cupping session.

It is recommended that clients refrain from excessive heat exposure (being in the sun, saunas, hot tubs, heating pads) while these are present. Further, movement of the area and ample hydration are encouraged. They can take a few days to a few weeks to fully disappear, so clients may want to take that into consideration before booking cupping.

Aromatherapy

What is it?

Your session begins with the scent that calls to you. Essential oils are gently blended into the lotion and woven through your treatment like a quiet spell. You may choose your aroma upon arrival or we can create a custom blend guided by intuition. Beneath the face cradle rests a small sachet infused with the same oil, inviting you into deep, rhythmic breaths throughout the session. When our work is complete, the sachet goes home with you, carrying the lingering magic of your session and whispering calm each time you breathe it in.

What are the benefits?

If you feel called to explore aromatherapy more deeply, we can weave that into your session and discuss how scent can guide the nervous system into rest. Most of the blends we use are crafted to soften tension and invite relaxation. And if nothing else, you will leave wrapped in a scent that lingers like a gentle charm.

Hot Stones

What is it?

Hot stone therapy uses smooth Himalayan stones and river rocks that are warmed to a safe, comfortable temperature. These stones are placed on the body and used throughout the session to massage muscles, providing gentle, consistent heat that helps the body relax.

What are the benefits?

The heat from the stones allows us to glide into the deeper layers of the muscles without force, melting tension effectively. Himalayan stones bring a gentle exfoliation and carry purifying energy that can help detoxify the skin. Together, the warmth and touch awaken the body’s natural flow, release stagnant energy, and leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and magically restored.

CBD

What is it?

The therapeutic spot and full-body treatment is a CBD-infused oil, used as a topical pain reliever to soothe muscle tension and ease chronic discomfort. Its gentle, restorative properties support the body’s natural release and invite a deep sense of calm and renewal.

Does it contain THC?

Every effort is made to use pure, 100% CBD with no THC content, though brands are occasionally rotated. While no intoxicating effects will occur, trace amounts of THC cannot be fully guaranteed. Those concerned or subject to drug testing should note that this session would be contraindicated. Questions or concerns can be addressed prior to the session.

What are the benefits?

It is recommended to leave the CBD on for several hours after the session to allow full absorption. CBD supports muscle relaxation and serves as a natural alternative to painkillers, working in a similar way to over-the-counter topicals like Tiger Balm.

What is the difference between the spot treatment/full body?

The same CBD-infused product is used for both applications. The spot treatment targets a single area chosen during intake, while the full-body version is applied across the entire body for widespread relief and relaxation
